In my 90-day Coaching program we will meet for three 1-hour sessions a month. You will have also have one monthly workshop session.

We start by exploring the heart of who you are—your values, strengths, and what makes you unique. Through reflective exercises and meaningful conversations, we’ll uncover what truly drives you and what you need to feel fulfilled.
