As a child of Punjabi immigrants, I grew up feeling like I didn’t quite belong. Through my studies, I discovered that many trailblazers shared this feeling of isolation.
Later, when I coached CEOs on building their personal brands, I was surprised that even those in 'powerful' positions struggled with self-doubt and not 'quite fitting in.'
It wasn’t just about their age or experience—it was about the deeper impact of feeling like an outsider in spaces that weren’t designed for them.
I started my coaching practice because I saw that professionals like you—those who’ve achieved so much despite the odds—still have untapped potential.
We spend so much of our lives trying to 'survive' and fit into molds that weren’t made for us, that the depth of this potential is unrealized.
