I've spent the last decade in a lot of different rooms.
As a Woodruff Scholar at Emory. As an academic in London, Germany and the US. As a media coach and personal brand strategist who has worked with 90+ CEOs and founders.
In every single one of these spaces, I noticed the same pattern:
First and Second-Gen achievers had often worked harder, sacrificed more and navigated intense complexity just to be in the same room as their peers.
And that showed up as something remarkable. A creativity, resilience and drive that was original and completely their own. And yet?
These same talented individuals were riddled with self-doubt.
Because underneath the cultural intelligence, resilience and unique vantage point lay layers of survivalist conditioning that held them back.
These are the ideas, mindsets and behaviours we internalized as immigrants, children of immigrants and people navigating marginalization. I know, because I held them too. And that's what led me to one burning conviction: it was time to set ourselves free.
Yet, despite my best efforts, I found no comprehensive framework designed to help bicultural achievers and creatives build an aligned life and career.
So I built one.
